Everything you need to know about using the FacilityCare IQ mobile app to complete service visits, submit evidence, and maintain quality standards.
Getting Started
New to FacilityCare IQ? Follow these steps to get up and running.
Sign In to the App
Open the FacilityCare IQ app and sign in with the credentials provided by your supervisor. If you don't have credentials, contact your team lead or call support at (512) 777-0502.
View Your Assigned Facilities
Your dashboard shows all facilities assigned to you. Tap on a facility to see its details, scheduled visits, and any open tasks or issues.
Start a Service Visit
When you arrive at a facility, tap "Check In" to begin your visit. The app will record your check-in time and location. Your facility-specific checklist will appear automatically.
Complete Your Checklist
Work through each task on the checklist, marking items as complete. Take photos when required. Report any issues you discover during service.
Completing a Service Visit

Navigate to your assigned facility from the dashboard

Tap "Check In" when you arrive on-site — your arrival time is recorded

Review the facility-specific checklist that loads automatically

Complete each task and mark it done as you go

Take required photos of completed areas when prompted

Report any issues found using the issue reporting feature

Review your completed checklist for accuracy

Tap "Check Out" when all tasks are finished — your departure time is recorded
Submitting Evidence Photos

When a checklist item requires a photo, tap the camera icon

Take a clear, well-lit photo of the area or completed task
- 3
The photo is automatically timestamped and geotagged
- 4
Add an optional note describing what the photo shows
- 5
Submit the photo — it attaches to the specific checklist item
- 6
For before/after documentation, take photos before starting and after completing work

Photos are available for supervisor review and client reports
Reporting Issues

Tap the "Report Issue" button from any facility view

Select the issue category (maintenance, supply, safety, quality, etc.)

Take a photo of the issue for documentation
- 4
Add a description explaining what you found
- 5
Set the priority level (low, medium, high, critical)

Submit — the issue is instantly logged and routed to the appropriate supervisor

Track the issue status from your dashboard as it progresses through resolution
Managing Tasks

View all assigned tasks from your Tasks tab

Tasks are organized by facility and due date

Tap a task to see full details and instructions

Mark tasks as in-progress when you start working on them

Add notes or photos to document your work

Mark tasks as complete when finished

Overdue or urgent tasks are highlighted for attention
Understanding the Verification Process

After you check out, your completed visit is submitted for review

A supervisor reviews the checklist, photos, and any reported issues

The visit receives a quality score based on completeness and standards

If items need correction, you'll receive a notification with details

Corrective actions are tracked until resolved

Your facility's trust score reflects consistent quality over time

Monthly quality reviews use this data to identify improvements
Notifications & Alerts

Enable push notifications to stay updated on assignments

You'll receive alerts for new facility assignments and schedule changes

Issue status updates notify you when reported issues are addressed

Tips for Success
Follow these best practices to get the most out of FacilityCare IQ.
Take Clear Photos
Ensure good lighting and capture the full area. Photos are used for quality verification and client reports.
Report Issues Immediately
Don't wait until the end of your visit. Report issues as you find them so supervisors can respond quickly.
Complete All Checklist Items
Every unchecked item is flagged in quality review. If a task can't be completed, report it as an issue with an explanation.
Check In and Out on Time
Your check-in and check-out times are tracked. Arrive at your scheduled time and check out only after all tasks are done.
Review Before Submitting
Before checking out, review your checklist to make sure nothing was missed. It's easier to fix now than after submission.
Keep the App Updated
Update the FacilityCare IQ app when new versions are available to get the latest features and improvements.
